I’m not even remotely close to being a boxing fan. That didn’t stop me from really enjoying Tyson, a documentary about the personal life of Mike Tyson during his rise and fall as a boxer. It’s built mostly around interviews with Tyson himself, with lots of historic footage. It’s totally one-sided (no one else is even interviewed about the events Tyson talks about), but considering how skewed the media treatment of him has been, this film is a fresh perspective on a very complicated figure. Plus you get to hear him say “skullduggery” several times, which is enough reason to watch.
